Contestant Requirements:

  • $49 Registration Fee
  • No Entry Fee...waived for 2010 Mrs Virginia-America Pageant due to slow economy
  • Entry Form (download now)
  • Snapshot Photo (for our files only)
  • Copy of Marriage Certificate
  • Headshot photo for the Souvenir Program book (no hands please) - due February 28
  • Sell/buy minimum 20 discount advance tickets @ $25 ea. (program book included in price) – due March 31

All checks and money orders are non-refundable and payable to: HaT Management Services Inc., P. O. Box 51446, Indianapolis, IN 46251. All documents should be mailed to the same address. So if you’re using overnight mail, please use the United States Post Office that delivers to a P. O. Box. Federal Express, UPS, etc., do not deliver to a P. O. Box.

Each time we receive an Entry Form, Copy of Marriage Certificate, Entry Fee, Headshot Photo, and Advance Ticket Sales from you, we will send you a confirmation email right away.

After we receive your registration package, you will begin receiving monthly “Contestant e-Memorandums” that will provide you with lots of information and excitement along the way! So be sure we have your correct email on file and update us along the way if you get a new email address.
